Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and availability may vary depending on your location and the print provider used for your order.

EU Shipping: We ship to all EU member states. Customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified at checkout.

 

Production Time

Each item is printed just for you. Production time: 2–7 business days 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

USA: 3–8 business days after production
Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production
Note: These are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to postal services, holidays, or customs.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Each item is custom-made. That means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund.

Please email us at info@capysociety.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and the defect

We’ll sort it out quickly.

 

EU Consumer Rights Compliance

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, online buyers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this does not apply to: “goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.” All our items are custom-printed per order, so this exemption applies.

 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it enters production. After that, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
