Capy Society started as a side project during nap times and long stroller walks, but quickly grew into something that felt bigger: a way to bring joy, humor, and a little calm into a loud, fast world.

Our family has always been outdoorsy, think hikes with a baby carrier, muddy trails, and those golden-hour park hangs.

Somewhere in all that, we stumbled into the world of capybaras—the internet’s chillest animal. And just like that, we were hooked.

There’s something about capybaras that resonated with us as new parents. Maybe it’s their calm energy. Their gentle weirdness. Or maybe it’s how they remind us to slow down and enjoy the moment. Something we’ve been trying to relearn ever since welcoming our little one.
